HINT, HINT Former Mrs Brown’s Boys star Rory Cowan reveals he could be convinced to go on I’m A Celebrity
Rory reveals that, at the end of 2016, his former boss Brendan O’Carroll told him I'm A Celeb presenters Ant and Dec would love if the Dublin star joined them in the jungle
RORY Cowan says he could be convinced to go into the I’m A Celebrity jungle — but he has swiped left on presenting Blind Date.
The ex-Mrs Brown’s Boys star revealed his agent wants him to appear on a reality show but none have tickled his fancy so far.

Rory said: “He keeps talking about reality shows and I keep saying no.
“There was one he came to me about and he said they really wanted me.
“It was 12 days on the North Sea and I’d be helping on a fishing boat.
“I wouldn’t go fishing if I was standing beside a river never mind in the North Sea.”
But he hasn’t totally ruled out a stint on I’m a Celebrity.
Rory said: “At the end of 2016, Brendan O’Carroll had just done Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway as Mrs Brown. I was having a cup of tea with him and he asked if I’d do the jungle.

“I said not really — to go there to sit in a hammock, eat kangaroo testicles and shower in a waterfall isn’t for me.
“But he said Ant and Dec told him they’d love me on it, so I don’t know.”
The star, 58, made his name as Mrs Brown’s son Rory in the RTE comedy, but quit last year to look after his mum.
Despite leaving on good terms he says he won’t be watching where he left off, adding: “I’m very proud of my time with Mrs Brown but I don’t want to look back.”
And neither will he be helping others look for love on Blind Date.
