Former Mrs Brown's Boys star Rory Cowan slams Conor McGregor over New York bus attack

The Notorious appeared in court on Friday after being charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief

Former Mrs Brown's Boys star Rory Cowan has hit out at Conor McGregor following the controversial New York bus attack.
The Notorious appeared in court on Friday after being charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief.
Cowan said there's "no excusing" the UFC fighter's actions in the Big Apple.

He posted on Twitter: "If he was 19, or even a younger teenager, you could maybe excuse his actions. And put them down to bring [being] young and foolish. But he’s 29. He should know better. There’s really no excusing his behavior in New York."

McGregor posted a cryptic tweet in his first social media post since the controversial New York bus attack on Monday morning
The Notorious broke his silence for the first time since his arrest with the post, repeating the act on Instagram.

But while the Instagram picture has remained up, his tweet has since been deleted.
The former UFC champion said very little in the post, reports Dublin Live.
It is simply a picture of him heading towards his luxurious jeep in New York flanked by security and Cian Cowley.
He captioned the photo with just the praying hands emoji.

The Notorious could be facing prison time after being charged with three counts of assault and one of criminal mischief in New York.
Conor's dad Tony, who resides in Lucan, is sticking by his son despite the recent trouble however.
Posting on Instagram on Sunday, Tony put up a picture with Conor of the pair looking very dapper a couple of months ago.
He captioned the snap: "DNA, it's who we are."
