All Round To Mrs Brown’s viewers reckon it’s the best comedy chat show in years

Agnes Brown’s delve into chat show territory on All Round To Mrs Brown’s went down with fecking aplomb with viewers, with some labeling it as ‘the best comedy chat show in years’.


Despite the original show’s divided history, it seems viewers were pleasantly surprised by All Round To Mrs Brown’s.


Brendan O’Carroll’s beloved character made the jump into classic Saturday night entertainment, turning Mrs Brown’s dwellings into a chat show formula with celebrity guests and skits throughout, including Mammy Of The Week and bizarre cooking sections with celebrity chef Aly Mahmoud.

The guests however were more a sideshow, featuring the random assortment of Pamela Anderson, Judy Murray and the nation’s favourite self-deprecator James Blunt.

The latter however had some time in the spotlight, enjoying a snog with Agnes for the sake of a jolly good time.

James Blunt appeared on the show on the same night of Carrie Fisher’s and Debbie Reynold’s memorial service, which he wrote a special pre-recorded song for to mark his close friendship with the Star Wars actress.

  1. Loved it. loved it, loved it. I wasnt too sure if it would be as entertaining as the comedy show, but it was just as good and more so. Well done, I wont miss an episode
